I got into a jam, and in these type of matters time is of the essence. Joe was above all very prompt. He got back in contact with me within minutes of first contact. He was very informative with me and worked with me even after hours. He contacted me first thing the next day, and I received updates as he got them. All this, and he was extraordinarily fair with his rates. There is little more valuable than our freedom and right to work. His service could come at an astounding rate, and yet he was conscientious of my financial state. If you look at the ratings I give for other services you’ll notice I rarely give a 5 star rating, due to the fact that there is always room for improvement.
